Adesuwa Omorede is a researcher with the Division of Innovation Management at the School of Innovation, Design and Engineering, Mälardalen University. Her research is centered around the role of passion, emotions and motivation within individuals; their relationships; decision making processes; and performance. Her research has specifically looked into entrepreneurial psychology and behavior. Adesuwa is also interested in identifying how these motivational elements and/or factors can influence and promote individual and company innovativeness. Her research so far, has been published in peer reviewed journals such as International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal; International Journal of Project Management and Journal of Business & Society. She also has experience working with new companies and consulting for individuals who are on their journey to starting their own ventures.
