Abdulkarim Habbab, Industrial Doctoral Student

I am an Industrial PhD student at Volvo Construction Equipment in partnership with Mälardalens University, my main research area revolves around construction site simulation solutions, particularly focusing on digital twins.

My educational journey includes obtaining a bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Aleppo and a master's degree from the University of Debrecen.

With several years of professional experience in the field, I specialize in software development, particularly in areas like computer vision and SLAM algorithms. My background also encompasses hands-on involvement with Li-ion batteries, honing my UX design skills, and making valuable contributions to rear-wheel steering systems, all while collaborating with industry giants like Bosch, Schaeffler, and Volvo.
