Sofi W Elfving, Post Doc (not working at IDT anymore)
Sofi earned her PhD in Innovation & Design in 2007 on the topic Collaborative Product Development. From 2007 to 2011 she was working as a consultant within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) in Telecom industry. In 2010 Sofi returned to academia and is now combining her position as Senior Services Research at Ericsson AB with a post doc position at MDH within Product Development.
Sofi is mainly focusing on the combined offering of Products and Services in Swedish industry, i.e. Product Service Systems (PSS).
